Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Excessive F&O Charges and Request for Refund Dear Groww I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding the excessive charges deducted from my Equity Futures & Options (F&O) trading account. As per your published terms and conditions, the brokerage for F&O trading is ₹20 per executed order. However, my attached screenshot for the period 1 October 2026 to 28 October 2026 shows the following: - Realised P&L: +₹14,097.40 - Total charges: ₹12,128.77 - Net P&L: +₹1,968.63 Approximately 86% of my realised profit has been consumed by charges, leaving me with only a small portion of my earnings. I understand that statutory taxes, exchange transaction charges, SEBI charges, GST, stamp duty, and other applicable fees may be levied in addition to brokerage. However, the total deduction is unexpectedly high, and I request a complete, transparent, trade-by-trade breakdown of all charges applied to my account. I request that Groww: 1. Investigate the excessive charges deducted during the above period. 2. Provide a detailed breakdown of brokerage and all other applicable charges for each executed order. 3. Explain why the total charges amount to ₹12,128.77. 4. Refund any excess, incorrect, or improperly levied charges to my trading account. 5. Confirm the action taken and provide a complaint reference number. As a customer, I expect transparent pricing and fair treatment. If any charges have been applied incorrectly or contrary to the applicable terms, I request an appropriate refund. If this issue is not resolved satisfactorily, I reserve the right to escalate the complaint through Groww's formal grievance redressal process and the appropriate regulatory channels. Please treat this matter seriously and provide a written response at the earliest. Regards, Deepak mangalgi
