As a traveller myself, this is concerning. We often assume that booking through a well-known platform like Booking com means our stay is secure. But multiple Planout travellers have reached out to us about suspicious messages and payment requests related to their accommodation bookings. It"s concerning that travellers may have to deal with scams even before they arrive in India. Our team is actively contacting vendors, cross-checking details and helping travellers verify payment requests before they proceed. Because trust shouldn"t end with a booking confirmation. Booking.com customer alleges host evicted them with no compensation or refund

A host can literally kick you out and @booking cant do anything about it. Never use booking in the bay area!!! They have wrong rating!!
